Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions cover conditions which Company supply products to Customer, whether these are goods, services or digital content.
Rights and Obligations
Person reading terms & conditions undertake to pay any amounts due to us in a timely manner. Provided personal information is true, correct, accurate, current and complete. Every personal change must be notified to us immediately. It is forbidden to impersonate any other person or entity or to use false name and other details.
Company has the right to change, modify the price of our products or services, temporarily or permanently change them. Company reserves the right to add, change and remove these Conditions from time to time.
Products and Services are only available to individuals in our discretion considerably eligible. Services that come with minimum term contracts are only available to individuals who are 18 years old or over. By ordering and purchasing Products or Services, customer confirms to be at least 18 years old. Customer must provide real name, phone number, address, payment details and other requested information.
Every order placed by customer will be treated as an offer to purchase Products or Services or both to which customer orders. Order will only be completed when the needed Products are in stock and when Company take any due payment from customer.
Price and Payment
The price of any Products will be quoted on our Site from time to time, except in cases of error. Prices include VAT but exclude delivery cost, in total cost it will be added once selected a delivery service from the available options as set out in Delivery Information.
Company only accepts payment in Pound Sterling. If an exchange rate is applicable to Customer order Customers card provider will determine the rate of exchange and may add an administration charge which Customer will be liable to pay.
When Customer has made a choice and order has been placed, Customer will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging the details of Customer order. This email is not an acceptance of Customer order, just confirmation that Company has received it.
All refund payments will be paid to Customer in Pound Sterling and will match the amount Customer paid in Pound Sterling for the item and delivery (if the delivery charge is refundable).
If an exchange rate is applicable to Customer order the amount Customer receive in Customer local currency will depend on the exchange rate applied by Customer credit or debit card provider when it receives our refund payment and may therefore be different from the price paid for the item in Customer local currency.
Company will not be liable for any losses caused to Customer as a result of any currency fluctuations or exchange rates applied by Customer credit or debit card provider.
Cancellation, Return and Exchange policy
If any parts are found to be faulty within this time please contact our customer service team, company will arrange for a replacement. Company may require the goods to be returned for further investigation.
Users should store and handle these items with special care. Company advises electronic cigarette users not to store their e-cigarettes with metallic, magnetized or electronic transmitting devices such as keys or mobile phones, therefore extending the lifespan of functional use. Purchasers should be aware that our electronic cigarette batteries and atomizers, although made to the highest quality, are functional devices, which will fail and degrade over a period of time dependent on usage. E-liquid is a consumable product and cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased.
When Customer decides to cancel an order after company has dispatched the Products, Customer will be under a duty to return them to us, at Customer own risk. All such Products should be returned within 28 days after the Products have been delivered to Customer. Until such time as they are returned, Customer must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them.
Customer should return the Products to us unused and in the same condition in which Customer received them together with the original Product packaging, by one of the means set out in our Returns Procedure. After Customer cancel Customer order and return the Products, any sum debited by us to Customer means of payment (credit card, debit card, online payment service) will be refunded in full.
Company will notify Customer of Customer refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Company will usually refund any money received from Customer using the same method originally used by Customer to pay for Customer purchase. Refunds for Products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the order.
Company will usually process the refund due to Customer as soon as possible and, in any case within 30 days of receiving the order back from Customer.
Customer Personal information
Company needs to collect certain Personal Information to provide customer with the Products and Services.
Limitation of Liability
Company accepts no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses).
This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation and any other liability that cannot, under English law, be excluded.
Events Beyond the Parties Reasonable Control: If either of us cannot do what we have promised because of something beyond our reasonable control such as lightning, flood, exceptionally severe weather, fire, explosion, war, civil disorder, industrial disputes, acts or omissions of persons for whom we are not responsible, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities, such party will not be liable for this.
Third Parties: Nobody but you and us can benefit from these Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Age of Consent
Customer may only purchase Products from our site if Customer is at least 18 years old. Every customer is asked if customer fits in age limitations to be able legaly purchase the Products when placing an order and company may carry on independent vertification to check customer age.
In other case, finding out that customer is not legally entitled to order the Products, company shall be entitled to cancel the order immediatly, without notice.
If customer falsely declares age to company, customer shall be held responsible for all costs, expenses, losses, damgae fines and other penalties that company may suffer or incur as a consequence of customer falses statement.
